- Provide comprehensive wound care, including leg ulcer management and pressure area care.
- Conduct venepuncture and order necessary medical equipment.
- Deliver educational support to patients, families, and colleagues.
- Participate in link roles and support the development of students and junior staff.

As part of the Luton Tissue Viability team, you will be responsible for conducting reassessments and follow-up visits across multiple environments.
Additional Duties:
- Assist in the mentoring and development of trainee Assistant Practitioners.
- Perform holistic assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Manage prescribed wound care treatments and report any concerns to senior staff.
- Engage in health promotion activities and educate patients on managing their health.
