Job Summary:

On Line Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our projects team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects in a fast-paced and technically challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate multi-discipline cross-functional teams to deliver projects within time, cost, and quality constraints.
  • Proactively manage change and nurture relationships with clients built on trust.
  • Keep On Line Group senior management informed of issues and risks, and generate project and board reports.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
  • Escalate issues when necessary to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree recognized by an institution.
  • Project Management qualification, such as APM, Prince 2, or PMI.
  • Understanding of the works to be delivered by individual disciplines within a project.
  • Typically 5-10 years of experience in a project role or process role.
  • Good understanding of change management and a demonstrable track record of successful implementation.
  • Subject knowledge of chemical or biochemical process plants.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience of operations and projects within a GMP environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, including MS Project, Excel, and Word.

Other Requirements:

  • Legally permitted to live and work in the UK.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • UK Driving Licence.
  • Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel for up to a few days a month within the UK.
