The Lead Project Coordinator will oversee the execution of various projects for the organization, encompassing project oversight, contract administration, scheduling, financial management, resource allocation, procurement, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct engineering, design, and comprehensive projects including contracts
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget and timeline.
  • Provide precise project reporting and forecasting
  • Supervise suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Oversee all project aspects including design, engineering, procurement, subcontracted manufacturing, assembly, testing, and installation.
  • Manage scope alterations and ensure suitable compensation is obtained.
  • Organize and manage assigned resources throughout the project stages.
  • Deliver accurate project forecast reports and plans in line with company protocols.
  • Accountable for the overall quality and management of projects and programs.
Qualifications:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Significant experience in project and program management (approximately 10 years)
  • Background in the nuclear or other highly regulated sectors (over 5 years)
  • Proven track record of delivering projects or programs in compliance with a business quality management framework
