About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CAMHS Mental Health Practitioner to join our Community CAMHS Service in Oldham. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health services to young people and their families.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop treatment plans for young people
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic care and support
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with young people, families, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in mental health care
Requirements
  • Registered mental health professional with a relevant qualification and experience
  • Significant post-qualification experience in community mental health services
  • Excellent assessment and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
