Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at BLUE Communications. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Management: Establish strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business objectives and developing tailored digital marketing strategies to meet their needs.
- Campaign Development: Create and implement effective digital marketing campaigns, utilizing your expertise in digital strategy, content creation, and social media management.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our account teams and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing strategies and programs.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Team Development: Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and training to help them grow and develop in their roles.
- Digital Marketing Experience: Proven track record of success in digital marketing, with expertise in areas such as digital strategy, content creation, social media management, and analytics.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial principles and the ability to identify opportunities for business growth and development.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
