Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at BLUE Communications. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Work closely with our clients and stakeholders to create and execute digital marketing plans that meet and exceed client expectations.
- Manage Multiple Projects: Prioritize and manage multiple projects of varying scope and size, utilizing your experience and intuition to ensure effective delivery.
- Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track the delivery of activity against agreed programme KPIs and staff resource, using analytics and reporting to inform future marketing strategies.
- Mentor and Develop Team Members: Mentor digital marketing executives, motivate them to deliver excellent results, and help them to realize their full potential as digital marketing professionals.
- Digital Strategy Development: Possess commercial experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Account Management: Have experience in handling multiple client accounts at any one time.
- Content Creation and Management: Be skilled in creating and managing digital content.
- Social Media Management: Have experience in managing social media platforms.
- SEO and SEM: Possess a great working knowledge of search engine optimization and search engine marketing.
- Analytics and Reporting: Be experienced in using analytics and reporting tools.
- Commercial Opportunities: Be able to spot commercial opportunities with clients and communicate business development to the senior team.
