We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As an HR Generalist, you will be part of a small on-site HR team, providing advice and guidance to Managers across a range of topics, including:

  • Performance management and development
  • Capability and grievance procedures
  • Restructuring and redundancies

You will work closely with Managers to ensure that HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively, and that employees are supported and developed throughout their careers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to Managers and employees
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
  • Conduct performance management and capability procedures
  • Support with restructuring and redundancies

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent
  • Strong experience in HR, including EL and union relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
