Territory Sales Manager | Luxury Timepieces | Competitive Salary up to £45,000 + Vehicle or Allowance

We are partnering with a prestigious luxury timepiece brand in search of a Territory Sales Manager for the northern region of the UK.

This position presents an excellent opportunity for a current Account Manager or Regional Sales Executive seeking a fresh challenge.

As a pivotal representative and brand ambassador, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's market presence within the affordable luxury timepiece sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise retail performance across the brand's network of independent retailers and national accounts.
  • Enhance sales outcomes of the current retail network while expanding distribution through new accounts in both physical and online retail environments.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to formulate and execute business strategies aimed at achieving set objectives.
  • Maintain and elevate the brand's image while fostering robust relationships with independent business owners, managers, and sales teams to drive brand sales growth.
  • Develop tailored business plans for each client to meet established sales and branding targets.
  • Organise and prioritise systematic support for retail partners through a blend of regular in-person and virtual review meetings to track progress towards agreed goals.
  • Enhance the brand's online visibility on customer websites, ensuring content is current and regularly updated.
  • Plan, negotiate, and execute marketing initiatives within allocated budgets to bolster sales and relationship performance.
  • Manage product assortments with each client to ensure optimal brand representation and efficient stock management.
  • Ensure new product introductions are adequately supported.
  • Assess the training requirements of each retail location and implement plans to ensure high levels of product knowledge among store teams.
  • Design and execute relevant sales events, promotions, and incentives within budgetary constraints to support product launches and business objectives.
  • Regularly report on sales performance and monitor market and competitor activities.
  • Support the expansion of the brand's presence through both new and existing accounts.

Salary range: £35,000 - £45,000 + Commission + Vehicle or Allowance.
