Job Title : Territory Sales Manager

Salary : 36-40k + 20k uncapped bonus

Location : Home-based, working within territory, territory currently w orth around £1m

Reports to : National Sales Manager

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of sales experience with consistent over-plan performance
  • Medical sales experience and knowledge of the NHS marketplace preferred
  • Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Business preferred
  • Full driving license
  • The last 4 hires were all people without medical devices experience

Responsibilities :

  • Sell access products to A&E, Theatres, Critical Care, and more
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Develop and implement territory sales strategies
  • Build and maintain key customer relationships
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis
