This position presents an excellent opportunity for a current Account Manager or Regional Sales Executive seeking a fresh challenge.
As a pivotal representative and brand ambassador for the organization, you will play a crucial role in enhancing their market presence within the affordable luxury timepiece sector.
Key Responsibilities of the Territory Sales Manager include:
Maximizing retail performance across the brand's network of independent retailers and national accounts. Enhancing sales outcomes of the current retail network while expanding distribution through new partnerships in both physical and online retail environments.
Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to formulate and execute business strategies aimed at achieving set objectives.
Maintaining and elevating the brand's image while fostering strong relationships with independent business owners, managers, and sales teams to drive brand sales growth.
Main Duties:
- Develop tailored business strategies for each client to meet established sales and branding targets.
- Organize and prioritize systematic support for retail partners through a mix of regular in-person and virtual meetings to track progress towards agreed goals.
- Enhance the brand's online visibility on customer websites, ensuring content is current and engaging.
- Plan, negotiate, and execute marketing initiatives within budgetary constraints to bolster sales and relationship performance.
- Collaborate with each client to determine the product assortment, ensuring optimal brand representation and efficient stock management.
- Support new product launches with appropriate marketing and promotional activities.
- Assess the training requirements of each retail location and implement plans to ensure comprehensive product knowledge among store teams.
- Design and execute relevant sales events, promotions, and incentives within budget to support product launches and business objectives.
- Work alongside colleagues to provide accurate product forecasts and engage in the product selection and development process.
- Regularly report on sales performance and monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Contribute to the growth of the brand's presence through both new and existing accounts.
