Role Overview

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing our global assurance and testing framework. Your contributions will help shape our approach to risk management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and execution of a comprehensive assurance and testing framework, encompassing controls, training, risk evaluations, policies, and management reporting.
  • Support assurance testing initiatives across our regulated business units.
  • Deliver training sessions focused on emerging insights and best practices in assurance.
  • Conduct specific risk and control assessments for business units, including annual reviews and root cause analyses.
  • Participate in projects aimed at enhancing our assurance capabilities to better predict and mitigate risks.
  • Streamline processes within the Business Assurance team to improve efficiency.

Essential Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of our organizational strategy and stakeholder dynamics.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Capability to interpret complex reports and drive operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Familiarity with enterprise risk management, assurance methodologies, and regulatory standards.
  • Relevant degree or professional qualifications in a related discipline (e.g., Institute of Risk Management).
  • Experience in building relationships with senior leadership and fostering trust.
