Weighing Technician Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous Weighing Technician to join our growing weighing team. This pivotal role involves accurately weighing and transporting raw materials in preparation for product manufacturing.
Weighing Raw Materials:- Operate stock management systems such as Netsuite, Waerlinks, and MARCO to weigh ingredients.
- Perform scale checks and label containers accurately.
- Handle raw materials and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures to weigh ingredients for the manufacturing team to produce.
- Follow all relevant to GMP expectations and regulations.
- Calibrate and maintain weighing scales.
- Undertake cleaning and sanitising tasks.
- Manage the identification and status of materials.
- Re-stock raw materials as needed.
- Complete all necessary QC documentation and expiry extensions, along with other relevant QA documentation.
- Safely use various equipment, ensuring you are trained in and continue to follow all SWPs.
- Drive and use a PPT and Order Picker Forklifts safely and efficiently to transport and store ingredients.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment. Proficiency in using stock management and labelling systems like Netsuite, Waerlinks, and MARCO is highly advantageous. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing context is also required.
