About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Construction team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire construction cycle of our new Westwood Cross development in Kent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the construction cycle to ensure all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.
  • Successfully manage all aspects of the building site, including health and safety issues, trades and material coordination, site presentation, and cost control.
  • Play a key role in ensuring the continued success of Churchill Retirement Living's desirable developments.

Requirements:

  • Black or white CSCS card.
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme.
  • Sound knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation.
  • Qualified First Aider at Work.
  • Assertive and calm under pressure to meet numerous construction deadlines.
  • Ability to influence and supervise onsite staff.
