About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the construction cycle, ensuring all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.
  • Successfully manage all aspects of the building site, including health and safety issues, trades and material coordination, site presentation, and cost control.
  • Play a key role in ensuring the continued success of Churchill Retirement Living's desirable developments.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager who has a proven track record of delivering successful construction projects. You will have a black or white CSCS card and ideally be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme.

You will have a wealth of previous Site Management experience gained building Residential Apartments, Retirement Living, Extra-Care Homes, or student accommodation. Sound knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation is a must, and you must also be a qualified First Aider at Work.
