Aftersales Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Advisor to join our team at a fantastic franchised motor dealership in the Hyndburn area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • As a key point of contact for customers in the Aftersales department, you will be responsible for checking vehicles in and out, liaising with customers to ensure the best possible customer experience, and securing future work as necessary.
  • You will deal with customers' requirements for service and repair work in an efficient and courteous manner.
  • You will also be responsible for dealing with trade customers in the Parts department and maintaining workshop stock.
  • Systematic follow-up, up-selling, and prospecting activities will be essential to maintain and build the volume of work for the service department.
  • You will deliver exceptional levels of customer service and promote additional products and services.
  • You will work closely with the Workshop Controller and Service Manager to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the Aftersales Advisor role, ideally within a franchised car dealership.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
