About the RoleThis is a full-time position, working from a single location supporting 3 single occupancies at a supported living service in Winsford. You will work a permanent rota, supporting 3 males with learning disabilities, on a 121 basis with the support of a senior support worker and small team.
Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with personal care and daily living tasks
- Encourage and enable individuals to develop life skills and independence
- Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure high-quality care and support
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- A competitive salary of £29,872 per year
