Support Worker - Winsford

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Winsford. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live happy and meaningful lives.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working from a single location supporting 3 single occupancies at a supported living service in Winsford. You will work a permanent rota, supporting 3 males with learning disabilities, on a 121 basis with the support of a senior support worker and small team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Encourage and enable individuals to develop life skills and independence
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
