Position Overview:
As a Company Secretarial Manager, you will oversee the AJL company secretarial operations in Jersey, working under the direction of the Governance Manager. Your role will involve providing expert support and advice to client teams regarding in-house company secretarial issues on a case-by-case basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company secretarial function in compliance with Jersey company law and regulations.
- Offer guidance on corporate governance principles and best practices.
- Collaborate with client teams to address specific company secretarial needs.

- Proven experience in company administration with a solid grasp of Jersey company law and regulatory frameworks.
- Comprehensive knowledge of company secretarial practices.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance standards.
