Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Corporate Services Manager at Apex Group. As a key member of our Corporate Services team, you will be responsible for managing a busy team of staff with varied experience levels, delivering exceptional company secretarial, administration, and financial reporting services to a portfolio of funds, fund services entities, and corporate structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality services to clients and stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of client and intermediary relationships within your designated portfolio of clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure compliance and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ICSA or ACCA) or studying towards one.
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of fiduciary products and service offerings in the corporate and fund services space.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to speak and understand English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
