Job Overview:

We are currently looking for dedicated individuals to become part of our Real Estate and Corporate Services divisions. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering administrative and company secretarial support to our clientele. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting a Senior Officer in executing administrative functions while gaining valuable on-the-job experience
  • Engaging in the establishment of new funds and working alongside external specialists
  • Preparing documentation for clients and organizing meeting agendas
  • Maintaining statutory records and completing necessary regulatory paperwork
  • Overseeing cash flow management for client entities
  • Providing support for various administrative tasks and projects as required

Candidate Profile:

  • Educational qualifications equivalent to 5 GCSE grades, A-Level, or a University Degree
  • Desire to pursue a professional qualification, such as ICSA (with study costs covered)
  • Previous experience in fund or corporate services administration is advantageous
  • Ambitious and dedicated with excellent communication abilities
  • Capability to work effectively under pressure and adhere to deadlines
  • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude towards client engagement
  • High proficiency in IT, especially in Excel and Word
