Job Summary:
Outdoor & Cycle Concepts Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory management, stock audits, and banking processes to ensure seamless store operations.
- Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of outdoor enthusiasts, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure every customer has an exceptional shopping experience, driving loyalty and repeat business.
- Sales Strategies: Implement and drive sales initiatives to achieve targets, staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record in retail management from an outdoor, apparel, or footwear background.
- Passion: A love for the outdoors and an in-depth knowledge of outdoor products.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
