Operational Resilience Business Partner

This exciting opportunity at Barclay Simpson is for an experienced Operational Resilience professional to enhance Operational Resilience and DORA framework. As a key member of the BAU team, you will report directly into the Operational Resilience Framework Lead and be responsible for mapping and monitoring important business services, establishing and managing testing activities, defining and delivering remedial actions, creating the self-assessment, and more.

To succeed in this role, you must have extensive working knowledge of the UK Ops Res Regulations and good knowledge of DORA. A BCM certification is desirable but not essential. You will have access to a competitive benefits package, including an annual bonus, 10% pension contribution, income protection, critical illness, private medical, and more. The client requires 3 days a week in the central London office and 2 days a week remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Map and monitor important business services
  • Establish and manage testing activities

Requirements:
