Job Summary

MUFG Bank, Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Resilience Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our Operational Resilience team, you will be responsible for developing, embedding, and managing the Operational Resilience framework, tools, and methodologies in line with regulatory requirements to enable the achievement of MUFG's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MUFG's Operational Resilience framework and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization to ensure the effective implementation of Operational Resilience practices.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of Operational Resilience initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that employees understand the importance of Operational Resilience.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior management on areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Operational Resilience principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in developing and implementing Operational Resilience frameworks and methodologies.
