About the Role

MUFG is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Resilience Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our Operations division, you will play a critical role in maintaining an effective Operational Resilience Framework, Business Continuity Framework, and Crisis Management Framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, embed, and manage the Operational Resilience framework, tools, and methodologies in line with regulatory requirements to enable the achievement of MUFG's strategic objectives.
  • Build awareness and understanding of Operational Resilience across the firm, leading communications and training campaigns at all levels.
  • Maintain strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, helping Service Owners, Resource Owners, and Operational Resilience Coordinators perform their duties in line with regulatory expectations.
  • Establish and manage the process to monitor resilience of critical systems related to Important Business Services and Critical/Important Functions.
  • Establish and manage technology testing activities in line with Operational Resilience requirements.
  • Assess vulnerabilities and define and deliver remedial actions.
  • Support the creation of the Regulatory Self-Assessment.
Requirements
  • Technical knowledge of Operational Resilience Policy Statements, EU Digital Operational Resilience Act requirements, and Operational Risk, Operational Resilience, and Business Continuity tools, methodologies, and best practice.
  • Leadership skills, including the ability to identify and resolve risks and issues, and develop solutions to complex problems.
  • Communication and influencing skills, including the ability to build collaborative relationships across the business and persuade others using a range of approaches.
