About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at U-Live. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns that drive ticket sales and elevate our venue's presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our events and venue.
  • Collaborate with design teams, agencies, promoters, and artists to create compelling marketing campaigns and deliver unforgettable experiences.
  • Manage and execute social media campaigns, including content creation and engagement.
  • Evaluate and analyze data and insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize customer experiences.
  • Oversee brand marketing activities, including the development of in-house brands and events.
  • Manage marketing budgets and report key information to the finance team.
  • Develop and implement on- and offline advertising strategies to build brand awareness and drive ticket sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including PR, media, and print outlets.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to brief and deliver end-to-end marketing assets for print and digital campaigns.
  • Manage and capture content at events for continuous marketing of events and venue.
  • Collaborate with the ticketing team to set up events and manage ticket allocations.
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar marketing events role.
  • Proven experience in digital and print marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, and social media management.
  • Strong understanding of the Bristol music scene and ability to communicate effectively with local audiences.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience working in the music industry and with artists.
  • Existing relationships with local photographers and videographers.
  • Design and build newsletters and mailers using Mailchimp.
