As we navigate a transformative phase, your role will be crucial in comprehending and collecting requirements from both our clientele and internal partners for our cloud-based authentication system, which is developed on Azure B2C and hosted in AWS.

You will collaborate with our dedicated product team, which is tasked with enhancing and developing features within a contemporary web platform designed to improve patient care and streamline the workflows of healthcare professionals.

We seek individuals who can showcase their capability to drive customer satisfaction and possess a solid background in Business Analysis within a technology-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include working closely with customer stakeholders to document current systems, identify objectives, analyze workflows, and propose enhancements that deliver value to our customers.

You will engage with our product and leadership teams to clarify expectations by gathering requirements and detailing the interface and application functionalities. As the main liaison between users and the Product team, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of essential workflow requirements, outline strategic roadmaps, and support a standards-compliant authentication process.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Establishing reporting and acceptance criteria to ensure solutions align with business needs.
  • Addressing technical challenges and providing recommendations to the Product team.
  • Communicating key insights and findings derived from our customer base to the Product team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be an experienced Product Solutions Analyst, capable of effectively communicating and documenting insights for the broader organization. You should be able to demonstrate a history of transforming innovative concepts into actionable requirements.

Collaboration is vital; you will need to illustrate your success in establishing trustworthy and credible relationships with customers to fully understand their needs.

We are looking for candidates with experience in a similar role supporting technology products utilizing AWS and Azure B2C.
