Job Title: Office Manager/Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. As an Office Manager/Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, managing our office operations, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing various administrative tasks.
  • Manage our office operations, including maintaining our office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring our office is running smoothly.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including preparing financial reports and analyzing financial data.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Xero or other accounting software.
