Position Overview:
Sirona Medical Ltd is seeking a dedicated Child Welfare Specialist to become a vital part of the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team for a Local Authority in East Anglia.


As a Child Welfare Specialist, you will engage in a collaborative environment, working alongside various agencies to evaluate notifications and referrals concerning children aged 0-18.


Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high-quality and effective social work service to address the needs of children and their families promptly and in accordance with statutory regulations.
- Participate in comprehensive assessments and ensure timely responses to referrals.
- Fulfill police vetting requirements as part of your professional duties.

Working Arrangement:
- This role offers a hybrid working model, requiring attendance at the office two days per week.

Qualifications:
- A degree in Social Work is essential.
- A minimum of five years of post-qualification experience in social work, specifically within a MASH setting.
- Registration with Social Work England is mandatory.
