Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Eddington Day Nursery and Preschool. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's development and learning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure the safety, welfare, and protection of children at all times.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the diverse needs of our children.

Requirements

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting.
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for children.
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children.
