Senior Young People Support Worker
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Young People Support Worker to join our team at NFP People. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every client leaves our service with the skills and resilience to be confident and self-determining in their lives.
About the Role:
This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week) with a competitive salary of £31,203. You will be based in Twickenham and will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality support services to young people.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality support services to young people, including one-to-one support, group work, and advocacy.
• Work closely with our team to develop and deliver support plans that meet the needs of our clients.
• Build strong relationships with our clients, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure that we are providing the best possible support.
• Contribute to the development of our team's skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
