Senior Developer - 12 Month Contract - Inside IR35

RGH-Global | People Services is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Developer to engage in a 12 month hybrid assignment. This role offers the opportunity to spearhead significant projects within a vibrant, Agile framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Backend System Development: Utilize Kotlin to architect, create, and sustain scalable backend solutions.
  • API and Service Development: Construct resilient APIs and services for both mobile and web applications.
  • Team Collaboration: Merge user-facing components with server-side functionality.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior developers.
  • Agile Engagement: Actively participate in Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • CI/CD Implementation: Establish CI/CD pipelines utilizing Azure DevOps.
  • Version Control Management: Oversee code management through Git.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Kotlin Expertise: Profound experience in backend development using Kotlin.
  • Backend Knowledge: Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system architecture.
  • Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile Scrum practices.
  • CI/CD Proficiency: Strong skills in Azure DevOps.
  • Version Control Skills: Competence in managing code with Git.
  • Android Development: Proficient in developing, supporting, and maintaining prominent Android mobile applications.
  • Collaborative Skills: Ability to work alongside development teams to deliver code and configuration solutions for Kotlin-based Android applications.
