Role Overview

An exciting opportunity exists for an Assistant Boutique Manager to join our dedicated team in our boutique and icing café.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Manager in the effective operation of the store, ensuring targets are met and a superior shopping experience is provided.
  • Assist in organizing events, including serving afternoon tea and facilitating special gatherings.
  • Exemplify outstanding customer service as a role model for the team.
  • Drive sales performance to achieve and surpass targets.
  • Oversee team management, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Handle customer feedback and inquiries professionally.
  • Manage inventory and oversee delivery processes.
  • Maintain an attractive and welcoming store environment at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with security, health and safety, hygiene, and food safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with headquarters on marketing and event initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the hospitality sector.
  • Experience in a supervisory retail role within a premium luxury brand is advantageous, though training will be provided.
  • A natural talent for engaging with customers and a strong passion for service excellence.
  • Confidence in achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive, positive, and hands-on approach to work.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for the role and for Biscuiteers.
