About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join easyJet Airline Company PLC as a Maintenance Operations Director, responsible for overseeing all operational maintenance activities to ensure continued airworthiness and safety management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize aircraft performance and reliability.
  2. Lead a team of maintenance professionals to ensure prompt return to service and maximize aircraft availability.
  3. Collaborate with technical experts to resolve complex maintenance issues and improve overall maintenance efficiency.
  4. Manage maintenance documentation and computer-based reporting and recording systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including airlines, manufacturers, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a line/base maintenance environment with a recent maintenance control background.
  2. Extensive experience with the Airbus A320 aircraft family.
  3. Good understanding of maintenance schedules and technical documentation.
  4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
