Key Responsibilities on a Daily Basis:

  • Assist the HR function at the site, implementing processes and systems to achieve site objectives while actively contributing to the site culture and strategy.
  • Manage and support all facets of the employee agenda from an administrative and procedural standpoint, including recruitment, orientation, onboarding, reference checks, and probationary periods.
  • On a daily basis, you will prepare and distribute employment contracts and onboarding materials for all new ungraded employees, maintaining files and updating systems and spreadsheets.
  • Provide coverage for the receptionist role during absences, welcoming visitors, managing incoming calls, and coordinating catering and refreshments for meetings.

Qualifications for Success at GXO:

  • Experience in warehousing or logistics is highly advantageous, although candidates from other fast-paced sectors will also be considered.
  • A positive mindset is essential; we strive to create a work environment that fosters enjoyment and productivity, and we seek individuals who can contribute to this atmosphere.
  • Familiarity with HR policies, practices, and employee relations is a valuable asset.
