About the Role

The Director of HR will provide inspirational leadership to deliver a strategic people and organisational development agenda, complemented by innovative approaches to service design and delivery. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer & Deputy Vice Chancellor, and as a member of the University Leadership Team, you will work collaboratively to extend our capacity and capabilities, optimise opportunities for effectiveness and efficiency, drive a unified culture of customer service, and develop a truly inclusive environment that enhances the experience of our students and staff.
