Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Building relationships with key decision-makers and pitching our products to new businesses.
  • Relationship Building: Developing strong relationships with owners, store managers, and staff to provide excellent customer service.
  • Merchandising: Ensuring products are launched correctly, including placement and availability.
  • Store Support: Providing samples, in-store demos, point-of-sale, and creative displays to support our products.
  • Wholesaler Relationship: Working closely with the account manager to ensure wholesaler support from promo plans to sample drops.
  • Insights: Reporting back with insights from the street to inform our field sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales or retail compliance, ideally within FMCG.
