We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to spearhead our commercial strategy and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and market positioning.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes that may impact sales strategies.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with our business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in software sales, with at least 3-5 years in a senior sales management role.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
