Job Title: Director Sales Management

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Director to spearhead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and presenting our solutions effectively.
  3. Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and market positioning.
  5. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes that may impact sales strategies.
  6. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with our business objectives.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in software sales, with at least 3-5 years in a senior sales management role.
  2. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B SaaS environment.
  3. Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  4. Technical Aptitude: Understanding of processes and familiarity with Microsoft 365 or similar platforms.
  5. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
