They are currently in search of a seasoned and proactive Senior Regulatory Advisor to enhance their team, focusing on clientele within the Financial Services domain.

As a Senior Regulatory Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in steering and managing regulatory advisory engagements tailored for Financial Services clients.

  • Lead and supervise: Regulatory advisory engagements for Financial Services clients, encompassing compliance assessments, financial evaluations, and strategic consulting.
  • Provide expert guidance: To clients regarding mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other critical transactions within the Financial Services landscape.
  • Collaborate: With partners and senior leadership to influence and support the firm’s strategic vision and growth objectives.
  • Manage and mentor: A team of regulatory advisory professionals, promoting a culture of ongoing improvement and professional growth.

Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory updates, and market dynamics within the Financial Services sector to ensure the firm’s offerings remain pertinent and competitive.

Qualifications:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with substantial post-qualification experience in regulatory advisory.
  • Demonstrated success in leading regulatory advisory engagements for Financial Services clients, showcasing expertise in compliance assessments and financial evaluations.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of financial evaluations, compliance processes, and advisory services specific to the Financial Services sector.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in mentoring team members, managing teams, and nurturing talent.
  • Strong commercial insight and strategic acumen, with a history of identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
