We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director to join our Risk Assurance team specializing in Financial Services. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing practice while working with high-profile organizations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals delivering top-tier regulatory advice and guidance to clients within the Financial Services sector.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, financial crime prevention strategies, and compliance monitoring programs for clients.
- Oversee client projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, fostering strong relationships and providing insightful solutions.
- Contribute to business development activities, identifying new opportunities and expanding our client base within the Financial Services market.
Your Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Proven experience working in a regulatory practice, specifically within the Financial Services industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and senior management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a keen attention to detail.
