As a Supply Chain Optimization Engineer, your role will encompass the analysis, design, and enhancement of logistics processes aimed at boosting efficiency, minimizing costs, and improving overall supply chain performance.

This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to devise and implement innovative solutions, leveraging data analysis, process modeling, and lean methodologies.


Key Responsibilities include:

Process Analysis and Enhancement:
*Conduct thorough evaluations of existing logistics processes and systems to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
*Formulate and execute optimized logistics processes to improve efficiency and decrease operational expenses.
*Apply lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies to refine processes and eliminate waste.

Project Leadership:
*Oversee and direct logistics process improvement initiatives from inception to execution.
*Coordinate cross-functional teams to guarantee successful project outcomes.

Data Evaluation and Reporting:
*Gather and assess data to measure the performance of logistics operations.
*Establish metrics and KPIs to track and report on the effectiveness of logistics processes.
*Present insights and recommendations to senior management.

Technology Implementation:
*Assess and integrate new logistics technologies and software to enhance process efficiency.

Regulatory Compliance and Safety:
*Ensure all logistics processes adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
*Foster a culture of safety and ensure all team members comply with safety protocols.

Our dedicated engineering, production, and support facilities are crucial in delivering high-quality products that remain operational throughout their lifecycle.
