Key Responsibilities- Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
- Scheduling and Planning: Manage the scheduling process, develop detailed schedules, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials and services.
- Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize waste.
- Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance metrics to measure supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Supply Chain Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or aerospace industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
