Job Summary

This is a rare opportunity to join our award-winning resourcing team at Sirona care & health CIC.

The Senior Resourcing Coordinator will work as part of a team to deliver a proactive, responsive, and business-focused permanent recruitment service throughout the organization, driving continuous improvement, best practice, and helping to enable the provision of high-quality, effective, and safe services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support to coordinators
  • Act as lead for ESR & TRAC knowledge
  • Use and manage Trac system and delegate workload
  • Take responsibility for dealing with all enquiries and correspondence relating to the service
  • Support with recruitment and interview events and delivery
  • Compliance reporting and support with monthly onboarding

Person Specification

Qualifications

  • GCSEs Maths Grade A-C or equivalent
  • GCSE English Grade A-C or equivalent

Desirable

  • NVQ in administration or equivalent experience

Experience

  • Previous work experience working in a busy recruitment/resourcing function
  • Experience of developing and supervising others and dealing with the escalation of issues
  • Good levels of IT literacy including proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
