About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Resourcing Coordinator to join our award-winning resourcing team at Sirona care & health CIC. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering a proactive, responsive, and business-focused permanent recruitment service throughout our organization.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support to coordinators and act as a lead for ESR & TRAC knowledge.
  • Use and manage the Trac system to delegate workload and take responsibility for dealing with all enquiries and correspondence relating to the service.
  • Support with recruitment and interview events and delivery, as well as compliance reporting and support with monthly onboarding.

Person Specification

Qualifications

  • GCSEs Maths Grade A-C or equivalent
  • GCSE English Grade A-C or equivalent

Experience

  • Previous work experience working in a busy recruitment/resourcing function
  • Experience of developing and supervising others and dealing with the escalation of issues
  • Good levels of IT literacy including proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
