Senior Resourcing Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Resourcing Coordinator to join our award-winning resourcing team at Sirona care & health CIC. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering a proactive, responsive, and business-focused permanent recruitment service throughout the organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to coordinators, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient service delivery.
- Act as a lead for ESR & TRAC knowledge, driving continuous improvement and best practice.
- Utilize and manage the Trac system, effectively delegating workload and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Take responsibility for handling all enquiries and correspondence related to the service, providing exceptional customer service.
- Support recruitment and interview events, ensuring smooth delivery and high-quality candidate experience.
- Contribute to compliance reporting and support with monthly onboarding, maintaining accurate records and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Person Specification
- GCSEs Maths Grade A-C or equivalent
- GCSE English Grade A-C or equivalent
- Previous work experience in a busy recruitment/resourcing function
- Experience of developing and supervising others, dealing with issue escalation, and good IT literacy
