Resourcing Consultant

About the Role
Sirona care & health CIC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resourcing Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Resourcing team, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment and selection process for our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with managers to forecast and plan recruitment needs
- Arrange and host recruitment events and open days
- Identify and implement creative strategies to maximize candidate attraction
- Co-ordinate and administer pre-employment checks and clearances (references, DBS checks etc.)
- Line management of a coordinator

Requirements
- Educated to Degree Level / BTEC Advanced Professional Diploma/ Graduate certificate level/NVQ 4/VQ4/5 (or equivalent level of experience)
- Extensive relevant recruitment advisory experience in a similar sized organization and able to manage the range of services and technical elements associated with the role
- Good working knowledge of typical work related systems, procedures, equipment and technology online recruitment, pay & grading, social media
- Evidence of meeting regular targets typically of short term duration, including delivering recruitment campaigns on time and with successful outcomes
- Demonstrate experience working as a senior member of a team, providing expertise and advice to others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
