Reed HR is partnering with a global organization to find a skilled HR Manager to join their divisional HR team in West Oxfordshire. This part-time role will be a critical part of the leadership team, collaborating to deliver people-focused HR excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Site's Leadership and divisional HR teams to deliver HR knowledge in key areas such as employee engagement, culture development, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, employee wellbeing, resourcing, talent management, succession planning, learning and development, and community focus.
  • Provide HR expertise across a wide range of generalist HR matters, including recruitment, investigations, disciplinary and grievance hearings, performance, absence, and change management.
  • Offer strategic thinking with a focus on championing colleague experience, providing and analyzing key business statistics to stakeholders, ensuring risks are identified, site performance is monitored, and HR support and advice is evidence-based.
Requirements:
  • CIPD qualification.
  • Experience working within a standalone role.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on championing colleague experience.
  • Ability to offer HR expertise across a wide range of generalist HR matters.
  • Reliability and credibility as part of the Leadership Team.
  • Awareness of self-impact and adaptability in style to be an effective business partner.
  • Experience in a unionized environment.
