We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to lead our residential care team in Northampton.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to ensure the home meets the highest standards of care and compliance.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Ensuring the home is managed effectively, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and services to residents.
  • Leading and managing a team of staff, including daily rota management, holiday requests, absence cover, and training.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the home meets regulatory requirements and maintains a safe and healthy environment.
  • Ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times, including sensitive information about residents, employees, and systems.
  • Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulations, including health and safety, and ensuring compliance.
