About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, working closely with the e-commerce team to deliver results-driven campaigns. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing digital marketing plans, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Pay Per Click (PPC)
  • Building and maintaining a strong brand presence across multiple social media channels
  • Creating and managing marketing campaign budgets
  • Preparing reports on campaign performance
  • Developing strategies to drive new customer acquisition and increase brand awareness
  • Using analytics software to identify customer touch-points and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels
  • Establishing and leading email marketing strategies to drive sales and engagement, with a focus on personalisation

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a digital/performance marketing role within e-commerce/online retail
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and paid advertising campaigns
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and email/customer journeys with personalisation and dynamic content inclusion
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Proven ability to build digital marketing strategies and present to senior leadership teams
  • Knowledge of optimising landing pages and user funnels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, trading environment
  • Comfortable managing third-party relationships and delivering against KPIs and budget
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Klaviyo)
