Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Showroom Executive to execute sales for our company in our beautiful showroom by delivering excellent customer service, advise and project management. In addition to maintaining existing clients while securing new ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet trade clients in the showroom, offering advise on products to suit their design schemes
  • Visit client's studios to present new collections to update their libraries and sample books
  • Maximise sales to enhance company growth through diligent outreach and proactivity
  • Maintain long-term relationships with client accounts, partnering with them on design projects
  • Provide support to PR and marketing as needed
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales/showroom experience for an interiors brand
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency)
  • Experience and interest in the luxury furniture/interiors sector
  • Good numeracy skills for quotations and pricing
  • Proven track record in sales growth that show a clear, positive impact on actual sales
  • Experience in use of data analysis tools to monitor, analyse and forecast and improve sales performance
  • Experience in the sales of large projects with a value in excess of £50k
