Showroom Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Joyce Guiness Limited. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our London showroom, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the London showroom, ensuring it is always presented to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Source and establish new business leads, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Manage showroom events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop and maintain visual merchandising schemes.
- Process quotes, proformas, and orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Manage the UK client database and mailings, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
- Cover for colleagues when required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury interior sales.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Positive and persuasive attitude, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Competitive salary of £50k + commission.
